    England (in match 3) and Australia (in match 14) scored,
    although it should be mentioned that Australia's first goal
    in match 14 was scored from a penalty caused by Stekelenburg,
    who was sent off for the foul and replaced by Timmer in goal;
    in the first two matches (nrs. 2 and 3), Stekelenburg had
    replaced Timmer at half-time after the opponents had scored
    a first half goal.
