Played between the champions and runners-up of Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao, in an attempt to revive the Kopa Antiano (championship of the Dutch Antilles) last held in 2010. Not connected to the tournament with the same name held on two occasions (1992 and 1993) on Aruba.
