Ajax (Amsterdam) tour to Southern Africa 1958

Originally Amsterdam rivals Blauw Wit had been invited to make the trip to South Africa, but on the condition that the club would only send white players. As Blauw Wit player Erwin Sparendam (from Surinam) did not fulfil that condition, the club refused to travel and were replaced by Ajax, who did not have any non-white players at the time.
