Berbice Playoff

NB: made necessary as number of places for Berbice was reduced
from two to one; the criteria used for selecting the two
clubs involved are unclear (regional champions New Amsterdam
United were not considered and very unhappy about that) but
Rosignol United happen to be the club of the president of
    the regional Berbice FA.

[Aug 27]
Rosignol United 3-0 Cougars

NB: all other places were assigned: 3 for Georgetown, 2 for
East Demerara and Linden, and 1 for West Demerara.
