Note: with the penalty shootout at 6-6, the East German goalkeeper
      Croy was accidentally injured by the Nacional goalkeeper Manga,
      and could not continue. The East German reserve goalkeeper was 
      ill, and so Nacional won the match (and tournament) by default.
