NB: Originally scheduled for 19-29 November 2002;
    originally 10 participants were announced but American Samoa,
    Tahiti and Tonga apparently withdrew.  In March a schedule
    with 7 teams in 2 groups (A: Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji,
    Samoa; B: New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu) and subsequent
    semi-finals and final was announced, but soon after Fiji and
    Vanuatu withdrew as well, leading to a single round robin of
    5 teams.
