Juegos Odesur

Football competition of the Juegos Odesur ('olympic games for South American countries'). Odesur abbreviates Organización Deportiva Sudamericana. Teams play with youth or olympic selections.

The first two editions (1978 and 1982) were known as Juegos Cruz del Sur.

From 1998 to 2006 not football tournament took place, but instead a futsal event was organised.

From 2009 to 2014 a beach soccer tournament was held.

A women's tournament was first held in 2014, a women's futsal tournament in 2018.
