NB: the newly-promoted club formerly known as Al-Majd and owned by 
    businessman Taha Qolailat, had been the biggest spenders in the
    transfer market, luring the services of a Brazilian coaching staff
    and no less than 23 new players, including one-million dollar
    South African international central defender Pierre Issa, with
    the club’s budget for the new 2002/2003 season close to the $7 
    million mark, an unprecedented one in Lebanese football history.
