    the 1st Silliman Cup.

Mindanao Clusters

North Mindanao Cluster

NB: involved football associations of Butuan-Agusan del Sur, Bukidnon,
    Iligan-Lanao del Norte, Cagayan de Oro-Misamis Orienta and Surigao del Norte;
    qualified for cluster stage: Bao-Breakers FC, Montecarlo FC, Diego Silang FC,
    as well as the winners of Bukidnon and Surigao del Norte.
