National Soccer League (semi-professional) 2008/09

Gelle Hills United, Madang Besta and Madang Fox do not enter this
season and are replaced by 4 new teams: Eastern Stars (Milne Bay), 
University Inter FC (Port Moresby), Nabasa United FC (Madang) and
Sepik FC (who were chosen over Gelle Hills United for the final 
slot).
