Rwanda (Women) 2004


Women's Football Challenge Cup

First edition; 12 participants; start Aug 22.

Organised by the Association for the Promotion of Women's Sports 
in Rwanda (ASPOF).  The first women's football club was set up 
in 2002 in Kigali at the initiative of the City Council.  The 
other provinces then followed suit, eventually grouping under ASPOF.

Winners and runners-up not known; Byumba FC finished third.
