Kor Royal Cup (aka King's Trophy)
NB: this was the official club championship up to and including 1995; after
the introduction of the Premier League in 1996, the trophy has been
played for in a sort of super cup format, usually in the year following
the league season (so e.g. the 1998 final was played on April 10, 1999.
Since 2005 (final January 24, 2006) the trophy is contested between the
league champions and their runners-up.
