Uruguay - Champions of the Confederaciones del Norte and Noreste

Champions of the Tournament of Departmental Selections of the North (1926-1967 and 1991) and the Northeast (1968-1990) Confederations

The North Confederation was formed by Rivera, Tacuarembó and Paso de los Toros. During the period that Cerro Largo participated in the tournament (from 1968 to 1990), the confederation was denominated Northeast Confederation.
