All games were played at the Rif Stadium, Willemstad, Curaçao.
Organised by the N.A.V.B. (founded Dec 20, 1941 and dissolved in 1946 due to F.I.F.A.'s refusal to accept the transfer of F.I.F.A. membership from the C.V.B. to the N.A.V.B.).

NB: first tie-breaker was goal difference (not goal average);
    substitutions were only allowed during the first half in case of injury and subject 
      to the approval of the captain of the opponents (only in the match on April 5 two 
      players were substituted);
    the squad of Haiti included centerforward Joseph Gaetjens, who scored for the United
      States in their 1-0 win over England at the 1950 World Cup.
    the "Venezuela" squad included 4 Argentinians (Casco, Mariscotti, Ruíz Díaz and Taiolli)
      and 2 Cubans (García Pelayo and Yarritu).

       kick awarded against Venezuela after a foul by Mariscotti;
       as he refused to leave the pitch, the match was abandoned
       after the referee had waited some 20 minutes and the result
       stood.
