Paramaribo Trip of Georgetown XI 1915

After a visit planned for 1914 had failed to materialise, a selection from Georgetown (Demerara, British Guyana) visited Paramaribo in 1915, where they played two matches, against the S.V.B. (its first incarnation, founded in April 1914) and the strongest local club side, Juliana (aka M.V.C., Militaire Voetbal Club). The visitors' side was composed of players from two local clubs, G.F.C. (Georgetown Football Club) and A.S.C. (Artillery Sports Club).
