New Zealand 1902

Brown Shield, for teams representing provinces, the premier award in domestic football, 
was not competed for in 1902 (there was also no national club championship).

Provincial Leagues:


 1.North Shore FC
 2.Grafton AFC


Winner: Roslyn.


Red Cross withdrew from the league before the start of the season.
Three teams joined the league - Marist, St Johns were joined by 
Queens Park who returned after two year absence.
